TOXIC MOLD VICTIMS DONATIONAL FUND
PLEASE HELP A TOXIC MOLD, LYME, & TOXIC ROOT CANAL VICTIM GET THE MEDICAL CARE THEY NEED

When the Health Department takes the uneducated, unscientific word from a code enforcer who does not know black mold from blue cheese, & never even took samples of the pressboard behind the shower which expert scientists trained in mycology (the only people in the mix educated enough to form an opinion of the issue) concluded there was 7 forms of toxic mold & toxic bacteria present in the samples taken. Over 1lb of mold/bacteria infested press board is kept safe under lock & key which can once again prove what two scientists have already concluded which is someone from the code enforcement office with a high school diploma has no right to claim toxic mold was, or was not present, nor should their opinion be taken with any weight unless those that accept it are just hoping to cover the issue up as if it never happened.
NYS refuses to advocate for toxic mold victims. Instead they support the slum lords who stop at nothing to sweep evidence & justice under the rug.
The Plattsburgh NYS AG office refused to honor science; instead the took the uneducated opinion of a code enforcer that never even took samples of the pressboard that was sopping with toxic mold, to which I had experts sample.
I would like the NYS AG office to recognize science over the good ol boys system in Plattsburgh & also realize that I was gone from that death trap for almost two months & Rick Landry poured bleach & amonia all over the shower & tossed trash in my sink, & all over the apartment so when his buddy the code enforcer popped in to peek @t my apartment he made it a point to say it needed to be cleaned up.
I'm not a slob, Rick Landry was attempting to trash the place so as to have an excuse as to why toxic mold was growing BEHIND the shower wall, as if trash dumped in a sink in another room & my files/paperwork streawn all over the floor by Mr. Landry made the mold grow behind a wall... Talk about delusional.
Why would I leave trash in a sink for Gods sake? Who puts a Walmart bag of garbage in a sink? Rick Landry thats who.
This realization of Rick Landry tampering with my apartment came late in October of 2009 when my father & I came back to the apartment in order to remove my material possessions & take another pound of mold samples.
A full bottle of bleach & amonia were empty after me being gone from the death trap for almost two months. Rick was attempting to skew the mold testing results & make it look like a mess, yet he did not have the brains enough to rip the shower apart & bleach/amonia the moldy pressboard that I had tested for microbes.
The evil heathen only managed to splash bleach, etc. on a small are of the mold infested shower.
I had 10 Walmart totes with paperwork, clothes, electronic equipment etc. in said apartment due to the fact that I had no place to store my belongings other than on site. None of these items in the totes were strewn all over the place till Rick Landry came in to trash up the room & give his buddy at the code enforcement office something to cover his pants with.
As it turns out, Mr. Landry was not just trying to trash the room in order to give his pal from code enforcement an excuse for his report, Rick had taken the paperwork out in order to nab my rent payment evidence, as I later realized.
His only error was that the one payment he chose to lie & say I did not pay was one that I kept.
So his attempt to steal evidence & trash the place only worked half his way.

It is bad enough living in the shoe box death trap on 35 Clinton Street Apt. # 10 nearly killed me (and it still might have), but Rick Landry has gone out of his way to seek revenge for me exposing what his mold infested studio did to my health, but for him to lie to possible future landlords so that I remain homeless is dispicable.
The shower area was so small, poorly ventilated & cheaply constructed that moisture built up behind the Dollar Store shower & toxic mold & bacteria grew in the press board behind rhe shower from the floor to the ceiling.
I was exposed to over 1100 times the tolerable leve of toxic mold & bacteria:

Rick Landy's influence in Plattsburgh's good ol' boys network is obvious. When I contactwd the Health Department, Rick had one of his friends from the Code Enforcers office walk in the death trap, peek in there without taking air quality samples, or mold samples & he left. His report was nothing more than stating there was no mold, yet he admitted he never took mold samples, nor did he claim to have a biology, toxicology, etc. degree which might make him educated enough to support such an opinion.
